Since Allswell staff have been part of their operation, relations between collaborators have improved, attendance is near perfect, and production has increased considerably.
The client highlights the following improvements:

Core shop production: since Allwell's employees are in the core shop area with a manager assigned, daily production has increased by 44.6% to reach about 6,000 pieces per day.

Trim press production: substantial improvement in daily production by 38.4% has been noted, which translates into 7,300 more pieces per day.
